  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all      original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to [e.g., customized items, clearance items, gift cards].

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
